You can choose between German or English when ordering. I will adjust your letter accordingly.
Your letter will be sent by the 4th of each month .
I send the letters worldwide.
Germany: Your order should arrive within 2-5 working days.
EU & Switzerland: Your order should arrive within 5-10 working days.
International: Your order should arrive within 7-21 working days.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal! Simply log in with the email address you provided when placing your order.
How can I skip a payment?
You can skip or postpone payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a "Skip Payment" button that allows you to skip the payment.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If your subscription cannot be renewed because a payment could not be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method. If you take no action, we will attempt to charge you two more times before your subscription is automatically terminated.
- The first payment will be taken immediately after the purchase.
- The next monthly payments will be debited on the 16th.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal.
