FAQ - ART PRINTS

Art Prints & Mail Club: Shipping within Germany is free.

Currently, I only ship the art prints within Germany.

I'm already working on being able to ship to other countries soon. I'll of course keep you updated here and on my social media platforms.

Soulmate Mail Club:
I ship my orders worldwide .

Art prints (only available in Germany): Your order will usually arrive within 2-5 working days .

I make every effort to send each package as quickly and carefully as possible so that it arrives safely at your address.

I want you to be truly happy with your order.

Art prints:

If something isn't right, you can return your order within 14 days .

Here are the return conditions:

  1. Please contact us briefly beforehand via email at hello@khangto.com to announce the return.
  2. Condition & Packaging: Please return the item new, unused and in its original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs: For returns, I charge a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  5. Shipping security: I cannot accept liability for shipments that are lost or stolen in transit.
  6. Exceptions: Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns of damaged or soiled items.

Art prints: If your order has not arrived after seven working days (from the shipping date), please contact me via email: hello@khangto.com

You can easily pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay or Apple Pay.

All payments are secure and encrypted.
