Your letter will be sent by the 4th of each month.

Germany: Your order should arrive within 2–5 business days.

EU & Switzerland: Your order should arrive within 5–10 business days.

International: Your order should arrive within 7–21 business days.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal. Simply log in with the email address you used when placing your order.

How can I skip a payment?

You can skip or postpone a payment in the customer portal. Next to each scheduled delivery, there is a “Skip Payment” button that allows you to skip that payment.

What happens if a payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment fails, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method. If no action is taken, we will attempt to charge the amount two more times before the subscription is automatically canceled.

  • The first payment will be taken immediately after the purchase.
  • The next monthly payments will be debited on the 16th.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in the customer portal.
